Part-Time Customer Service Advisor - Office Based (Waste)

Biffa Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy contact centre in Barlborough. The role is permanent, part-time, working 9:30am to 2:30pm with three days minimum, and shifts between 7:45am and 5:30pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.

You will help customers with queries, provide resolutions, and uphold excellent service. Prior customer service experience and good Microsoft Office knowledge are desirable, with a comprehensive induction provided.
