Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre. This part-time role involves handling phone, email and social media enquiries to support residents across council services.
You will update CRM records and contribute to high-quality customer interactions within a busy, community-focused environment. The successful candidate will work across standard hours (9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Friday) with full training provided.
