Position Overview

Part Time Solicitor - Annual Salary: Competitive (based on experience). Location: Rathgar. Job Type: Part time.

Our client is looking for a Solicitor to join their practice in Rathgar. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including conveyancing, probate, estate administration, will drafting, and some litigation. This position offers flexibility in working hours and location, ideal for those who value autonomy and have the ability to manage their own caseload with the support of experienced staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of conveyancing from start to finish.
• Manage probate and estate administration processes.
• Draft and review wills and other legal documents.
• Engage in some aspects of litigation as required.
• Work independently, managing your own caseload with efficiency.
• Collaborate with and receive support from experienced back up staff.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
• Proven experience in conveyancing, probate, estate administration, and will drafting.
• Some experience in litigation is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
