Part-Time Complaints Investigation Support Officer

Charnwood Borough Council is looking for a proactive Complaints Investigation Support Officer (M602) to join our Customer Experience team on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week. You will provide administrative and customer-facing support to complaint investigation officers, ensure complaints are logged on the corporate system, and assist with enquiries from customers and colleagues.
