Part-Time Community Housing Coordinator - Drive Local Impact

Gentoo Group Limited is seeking a part-time Neighbourhood Coordinator to join the Housing Management team on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will work full days on Wednesday and Thursday, and a half day on Friday, finishing at 12.30pm. A full UK driving licence is essential, with mileage reimbursement available.

You will oversee a Sunderland patch, travel across locations, and coordinate with customers and partners to improve neighbourhoods. DBS check is arranged by Gentoo.
