Part Time Chef

We're looking for a Part Time Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium, working 16-24 hours per week over 2-3 days.

No two shifts are the same. From exciting race nights to hospitality events and special occasions, you'll help create quality food while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality food to our standards

Supporting food service during race meetings, hospitality and events

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and food safety standards

Assisting with stock control and helping to minimise waste

Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver a fantastic customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a professional kitchen

Passion for producing great food

The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required
