Part-Time Care Team Leader - Lead Shifts & Elevate Care

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a part-time Care Team Leader for 15 hours per week, alternating weekends, in Newquay, England. You will supervise shifts, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality care while complying with regulations.

You'll work closely with the Deputy Manager to maintain excellent resident well-being, manage care procedures, and support a positive team culture. The role offers growth through our strong learning and development programmes.
