Part-Time Branch Customer Service Champion

HSBC is seeking a branch-based customer-facing colleague to provide a high-quality, personalised and efficient service. You will pro-actively address simple customer needs, guide customers to use direct channels where appropriate, and handle cash withdrawals and deposits with accuracy.

This part-time role requires 21 hours per week over 3 days (09:00-17:00, and 09:00-13:30 on Saturdays). Applicants must be UK residents over 18 with the right to work for at least 14 months.
