We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Café Assistant to join our Gallery Coffee team at Shackletons Fox Valley.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the café.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
• Preparing hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees
• Operating the till and handling payments accurately
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming café environment
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Assisting with food preparation and serving
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

About You

• Previous café, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible with availability for dinner/evening cover
