As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of your restaurant. You will:

• Deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in customer areas.
• Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, organise special events.
• Look after customers' specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face to face verbal communication, and eye contact.
• A genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers.
