Job Title: Part 1 Architectural Assistant Location: Newcastle Salary: £25-27,000 DOE About the company

Daily Duties
  • Assisting with concept design, feasibility studies and design development
  • Producing drawings, models and presentation material
  • Supporting planning submissions and design reports
  • Liaising with internal team members and external consultants
  • Attending meetings, site visits and design reviews
  • Contributing to collaborative studio discussions and project delivery
Ideal Candidate
  • RIBA Part I qualified in Architecture
  • Some post-Part I professional experience preferred
  • Strong design, graphic and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Revit)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ideally based locally to Newcastle
