Parks Team Leader - Maintenance & Visitor Experience

Crawley Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Parks Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations across Tilgate, Goffs, and Broadfield Parks. This role requires a hands-on leader who will coordinate park maintenance activities, engage with visitors, and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have practical park maintenance knowledge, leadership experience, and excellent organizational skills. A full current UK driving licence is required.
