Parks & Facilities Assistant Manager

MAPP is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join the Park Management Team at Winnersh Triangle (Site). This full-time role reports to the Operations/Park Manager and focuses on coordinating facilities tasks across the estate, improving service delivery and occupier experience.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per year, with a 9am-5:30pm work pattern and no sponsorship. The role offers growth through hands-on responsibility and collaboration with sustainability initiatives.
