Parks & Community Social Value Lead

Glendale is seeking a Community Development Manager to lead our Social Value delivery across Merton's parks. You will secure a self-funding pipeline and scale commercial event bookings to reinvest in local green spaces.

You will map stakeholders, engage volunteers, collaborate with education providers for placements, and coordinate with public sector partners to improve community spaces while promoting sustainable practices.
