Park Experience & Leisure Operations Lead

Haven is recruiting a Head of Park Experience & Leisure Operations to lead a cross functional function including Activities & Leisure, Entertainment and Retail Revenue. You will drive guest and owner experience, revenue and costs, while ensuring safety and brand standards across the park.

The role requires senior hospitality leadership, a data-driven approach to improvement, and a collaborative style to work with the GM and central teams.
