CRM Business Analyst - Pardot / Dynamics365 / Migration - Contract, London - £500 p/d Outside IR35
My client, a global digital business, is looking for a Business Analyst to support a high-impact CRM migration project, transitioning from Pardot to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a growing organisation, helping transform the way they engage with the customers across the marketing and sales lifecycle.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Data-to ensure a seamless and efficient migration from Pardot to D365. Your role will be critical in mapping existing processes, reviewing their Pardot systems and producing a gap analysis on their current systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments
• Analyse current workflows in Pardot and map them to future D365 capabilities
• Translate business needs into clear documentation: user stories, process flows, and functional specs
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in the migration plan
Key skills
• Strong knowledge of Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience working with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with data migration, marketing automation, and CRM customisation workflows
