About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious paralegal to join the Lexis PSL Hub as Paralegal. Supporting the Property, Property Disputes, Construction and Planning areas, you will work closely with experienced lawyers and legal experts to create and maintain high-quality practical guidance content while contributing to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your legal expertise, develop new skills, and play a key role in supporting practitioners through trusted legal content.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Property, Property Disputes, Construction and Planning content (e.g. Practice Notes, Precedents, Checklists, Timelines, and Q&As)
• Collaborate closely with PSLs and external authors to develop content that meets the needs of practitioners
• Review and edit content for legal accuracy, clarity, and consistency with LexisNexis house style
• Take an active role in drafting tasks, including complex Precedents and specialist Practice Notes
• Support PSLs in managing incoming content tasks
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Participate in platform testing, innovation initiatives, and technology adoption to support Lexis+ UK

Requirements

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Experience working in a legal environment (e.g. law firm, in-house, chambers, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and content types (e.g. precedents, practice notes)
• Confidence and ability to take ownership of complex content tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and legal technology tools
• LPC/BTC qualification and experience in Property, Property Disputes, Construction and Planning.
