This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Paralegal to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department to join this financial investment and wealth business as they expand their paralegal law team.

Role details

• Title: Paralegal to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department
• Permanent role, salary 40,000- 50,000
• Based in Luxembourg

Within this role, you will be the Paralegal to the Luxembourg Legal and Corporate Department

The legal assistant will be responsible for:

Reviewing, keeping and archiving all corporate records of the companies (update registers, follow-up for originals delivery/receipts, filings with Luxembourg registers and update excerpts, archiving)

Organising, holding and following-up board and shareholders' meetings including the execution, signing and delivery of any related documentation (convening notices, proxies, attendance lists)

Coordinating and liaising with the team, lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents, apostille and legalization of documents

This is a very interesting role with a wide variety of responsibility from day one as the paralegal for our legal department.

Qualification and experience:

• At least a first successful working experience (Internship or as an employee) in a corporate/legal environment
• Knowledges of company law/legal matters
• Good command of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good command of French and English (oral and written)
