Paralegal

A long established Southend on Sea law firm is seeking an additional full time Paralegal to join our existing team.

This is a full time role providing support to all departments.

This role would include providing support to fee earners/solicitors dealing with all areas of law.

Responsibilities

The candidate would ideally be an experienced paralegal who has previously worked in a law firm (but not essential as full training will be given). They should have excellent typing skills and attention to detail, the ability to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks and are used to dealing with clients. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, be able to organise their own workload and be able to work as part of a team with a can do attitude.

Qualifications

They will need good IT skills and case management knowledge would be desirable, be able to work on their own initiative and be able to provide excellent client care. A knowledge of the local area is desirable.
