Private Client Legal support - To become fee earner/paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Paralegal/ Legal support to join our clients law firm with offices in Somerton and Wells. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in private client services, with potential opportunities for advancement.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Assist lawyers by preparing legal documents related to wills, estates, trusts, and tax planning.
• Conduct legal research and compile information to be used in legal proceedings.
• Manage communication with clients to gather information, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing papers, answering telephone calls, and maintaining and organizing reference files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant paralegal certification, degree in law or legal experience
• Experience in a private client practice is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
