Paralegal - Family Law

An exciting opening has arisen for a Paralegal to join our highly regardedFamily team. This role offers valuable hands on experience across a broad range of family law matters, with a particular emphasis on financial remedy work.

You'll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to client work, drafting, dispute resolution and more-all within a supportive and welcoming environment.

• A varied and engaging workload across family matters, especially financial remedy cases
• Experience drafting key legal documents and supporting case preparation
• Exposure to dispute resolution methods including mediation and collaborative law
• Close working relationships with experienced fee earners
• Opportunities to support business development and marketing initiatives

• Assisting on family law cases within a collaborative team
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Supporting financial remedy and general family work
• Typing and processing BigHand dictations
• Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with AML, billing and time recording
• Building strong internal relationships and contributing to team development
• Keeping up to date with legal developments
