Paper Converting Operator - 4on/4off 12h Shifts

A leading tissue manufacturing company in Telford is looking for a full-time Machine Operator. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of paper converting machines while adhering to quality specifications. The position requires a technical mindset and experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ideally with large tissue or paper rewinders. You will work a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern.
