About the role

As a Panel Management & Deployment team, whose remit is to manage the recruitment, training, standardisation, quality assurance and deployment of Trinity's panel members, you will provide high-level administrative assistance across all panel deployment activities and play an integral role within the team. You will work closely with the Panel Management and Deployment Coordinators to facilitate deployment processes, collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient operation of Trinity's panel management functions.

• Ensuring provision of appropriate responses to queries in the panels inbox
• Maintenance of panel member data and records
• Finalising allocation details within our exam management system
• Assisting panel member's expense approvals

• Provide support to the wider panels team as and when required e.g. cover for leave and peak periods

About you

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a flexible approach to work
• Adaptability, with the ability to manage periods of high workload / demand
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work sensitively with a range of stakeholders
• Good IT skills (data entry, word processing, basic spreadsheet, use of the internet)
