Billy Bob's is hiring a Pancake House Chef for our authentic American diner. This role requires working with both front of house and kitchen crew, maintaining immaculate standards and presentation.

Working in our pancake house you will whisk fresh, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, waffles and ice cream sundaes. This 30-40 hour per week position requires weekend availability.

Prior experience is not necessary as training will be provided, but a drive to succeed is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold food at pace to meet specification and consistent quality.
• Provide excellent service to the FOH team to deliver the best experience to our customers.
• Communicate with kitchen crew and FOH team, keeping them updated on ticket times.
• Keep sections well stocked and replenished as required.
