PALS & Complaints Investigator

A prominent healthcare provider in Stockport seeks a PALS and Complaints Case Officer for a full-time, fixed-term role. You will be responsible for resolving complaints, ensuring patient feedback is efficiently processed, and guiding staff and patients through NHS procedures.
