Pay Rate

£14.00 per hour Overtime: £17.50 per hour

Shifts Available

• 5 days on / 2 days off
• 4 days on / 3 days off
• Up to 12 hour shifts

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Palletizer Operator to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work and thrives in a fast paced production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our palletizing systems run efficiently and production targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all palletizing robots operate efficiently
• Quickly identify and resolve technical or operational issues
• Maintain a smooth workflow and minimise downtime
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Basic technical or mechanical knowledge (preferred)
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work various shift patterns
