We are in search of a Painting & Insulation Superintendent. The Painting & Insulation Superintendent is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the fireproofing, insulation, and painting team during the construction phase.

Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.



Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the team during the installation phase.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during the setup and testing of equipment.
  • Keep track of static equipment inventory and ensure all necessary parts are available for installation.
  • Order any additional parts or replacements needed during the construction phase.
  • Manage the budget for the installation and initial maintenance.
  • Ensure expenditures stay within the allocated budget during the construction stage.
  • Ensure all installation and initial maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct inspections to verify compliance during the construction phase.
  • Prepare and present reports of the installation and initial maintenance activities.
  • Document any issues encountered and actions taken during the construction stage.
  • Address any issues promptly to minimize delays in the construction schedule.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team during the installation phase.
  • Develop and implement schedules for the installation and initial maintenance.
  • Ensure the reliability and proper functioning from the start of operations.


Requirements:


  • Education: Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Proven experience in the construction, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Availability to travel to the project in Belgium.
