Painter & Decorator

As a Painter/Decorator, you will play a key role in the refurbishment of guest rooms and contribute to general improvements and maintenance across the resort. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and previous experience in a similar decorating or maintenance environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare a wide range of surfaces to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for decoration
• Carry out general painting and decorating tasks to support the planned refurbishment of guest rooms
• Inspect completed work and retouch any areas requiring improvement to maintain a high-quality finish
• Assist with general maintenance and refurbishment projects across the resort
• Perform minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and other surfaces using appropriate fillers, sealants, and materials

Hours and Rate of pay:

This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, including some weekend availability.

Hourly Rate: £28,080.00 per annum
