Painter and Decorator

Job Overview

Recruit a Painter and Decorator to work within our Property Services Team.

Responsibilities

Experience in all aspects of painting, decorating and wall tiling is required.

Carry out general repair and maintenance work on domestic properties, completing work to a high standard of craftsmanship and demonstrating flexibility in undertaking work of other trades.

Be customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to form good relationships with customers and colleagues.

Basic IT skills are required for use of tablets, along with a full driving licence.

A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant.
