THE ROLE

As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring every repair meets manufacturer and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing repaired vehicles and panels for paint application.
• Mixing and colour matching paints to achieve an accurate factory finish.
• Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using modern spray-painting techniques.
• Carrying out polishing, rectification and final quality inspections where required.
• Working closely with Panel Beaters and MET Technicians to ensure an efficient repair process.
• Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas to a high standard.
• Following manufacturer specifications and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician who takes pride in producing outstanding paint finishes and enjoys working within a fast-paced Bodyshop environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher within a Bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• A recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ, IMI, SVQ or ATA) or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent colour matching and paint application skills.
• Strong knowledge of modern refinishing techniques and paint systems.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence.
