Paint Line Operatives - Maghera Area - Full Time

A reputable and well-established manufacturing organisation based in the Maghera / Upperlands area is seeking Paint Line Operatives to join their busy production team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build experience within a busy manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role:

• £13.49 per hour
• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 am - 17:00 pm / Friday: 07:00 am - 11:30 am
• Day shift hours
• Early finish every Friday
• Immediate start
• Temp to perm opportunity

Duties:

• Work as part of a busy paint line and production team
• Load and unload components onto the paint line
• Prepare components and materials for the painting process
• Carry out visual quality checks on finished products
• Ensure components meet required quality standards
• Assist with general production duties as required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Criteria:

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing setting is desirable, but not essential
• Previous paint line or similar experience would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically capable and comfortable working in a hands-on role
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
