Job Title: Social Media Executive
Department: Performance Marketing
Reports to: Paid Social Media Manager
Location: BoyleSports, Gibraltar
BoyleSports is looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Social Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid Social Media campaigns across multiple platforms, helping to drive acquisition, retention/reactivation, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit and other relevant platforms.
- Support the creation of campaigns with the Creative and Campaign Planning teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics (FTD, CPA, LTVs, ROAS) and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Design, Sportsbook and Gaming leads, CRM, and Product teams to align Social Media campaigns with broader marketing campaigns.
- Keep up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure BoyleSports stays ahead in the social media space.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas for campaigns, promotions, and creative formats.
- Assist in maintaining paid social campaign tracking, reporting, and budget pacing.
- Ensure all campaign material is fully compliant with industry regulations and internal policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the iGaming, sports, or entertainment sectors.
- Good understanding of key social media platforms and their advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads Manager, X, Reddit etc).
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or AppsFlyer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for compelling copy and content.
- Passionate about sports and/or gaming with an understanding of trending content and online culture.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new skills and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
