We are hiring a Media Buyer to manage and scale paid social campaigns, with a strong emphasis on creative performance and data-driven decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with creative teams and ownership of campaign performance from launch through scale.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns, across platforms. Including Meta, TikTok and others.
• Evaluate and scale creative tests based on performance data
• Translate performance insights into clear creative direction
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance targets
• Monitor key metrics and take decisive action based on results
• Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and creators to continuously improve output
• Maintain structured testing and scaling processes

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social accounts at scale
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance analysis
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights practically
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-focused environments
• High level of ownership and accountability for results
