This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands how to turn spend into measurable growth, thrives in fast moving environments, and enjoys testing, optimising and scaling performance campaigns. They are looking for you to open up new channels as well as maximising paid social growth.

• Own and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta.
• Drive customer acquisition through creative, audience and funnel testing.
• Work closely with content teams to develop high performing creative.
• Analyse performance data and optimise against CPA and ROAS.
• Manage budgets and scale what's working efficiently.

• Strong hands on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven track record scaling paid social campaigns.
• Data driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Ecommerce or consumer brand experience is a plus.
