Job Description
Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Experienced Band 5 or Band 6) Term-Time Only Permanent Contract (£32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience) Autism Specialist - Wandsworth, South West London September Start Will consider 4 days a week Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and young people? We are working with a creative and supportive SEN school in Wandsworth, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Band 6 or experienced Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the team permanently, term-time only. We will consider anyone who is looking for 4 days a week. What makes this role special? 
- You ll be the school s first in-house OT, playing a pivotal role in developing a therapeutic and sensory-informed approach across the whole setting Close collaboration with a passionate and trauma-informed leadership team Small class sizes and a focus on nurturing relationships and emotional regulation Part of a growing team with scope to shape future OT provision as the school expands
- Is a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Has post-registration experience working with children and young people, ideally with Autism, SEMH or neurodivergent profiles Is confident working independently as the only therapist on site Is reflective, flexible, and solution-focused Ideally, has Sensory Integration (SI) training or is working towards it
