Our well know client has a fantastic vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to work in their Head of Therapy Department in Dubai.

Salary: AED 20,000-24,000 Monthly
Location: Dubai
Working In: Children's Centre

Our client work in collaboration with parents and professionals. Their Out-Reach Service is available at selected schools and nurseries in Dubai, facilitating and/or group therapy, supporting teachers and students with Special Education Needs (SEN).

Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
Has a Dubai Health Authority Licence or Eligibility Letter
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical role
Experience in managing a multidisciplinary therapy team

Essential Criteria:
Strong understanding of service delivery models, clinical supervision, and professional ethics
Eligible to drive in the UAE and has use of own car
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and manage therapy service gaps effectively
Experience in outreach and school-based therapy services
Able to take advice and guidance from your manager and ensure excellent communication is practised for daily updates

Desirable Criteria:
Experience in business development and marketing engagement within a healthcare setting
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and policies
Experience in implementing new therapy programs or initiatives
Proven record of staff training and professional development

Potential to learn:
Developing expertise in financial and resource management within a therapy service
Gaining experience in strategic planning and organisational growth
Learning advanced data analysis and outcome measurement techniques for service improvement
Expanding knowledge in technology for therapy services.
Developing skills in policy-making and advocacy for therapy services
