Paddling Pool Operative

As a Paddling Pool Operative in Mitcham, you will join Manpower UK's Outdoor Maintenance team on a temporary basis, earning up to £14.80 per hour. Working alternating 9am to 5pm shifts from Monday to Sunday starting July 15th 2026, you will fill pools each morning and empty them at shift's end. Responsibilities also include bin emptying, toilet checks, litter collection, maintaining a safe environment, performing daily equipment checks and completing required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Fill paddling pools in the morning and empty them at the end of each shift.
• Maintain the surrounding area, including bin emptying, toilet checks and litter picking.
• Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Carry out day to day maintenance and checks on all equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in a similar grounds maintenance role.
• Pre ferred: UK driving licence.
• Pre ferred: previous experience working in a public setting.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn, open to training, and safety conscious mindset.
