Packhouse Line Leader - Lead, Improve Quality & Growth

Morepeople is seeking a Packhouse Line Leader for a busy Herefordshire fruit packing operation. You will take responsibility for 1-2 packing lines and lead a team of up to 15 operatives, ensuring productivity, quality, hygiene and health & safety standards.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a fixed hourly rate of £14.30 and overtime paid at 1.25x for hours over 48 per week. Opportunity to develop within a growing business and progression paths.
