Packers - Shifts

Temporary Packers Required - Kendal Area

Our client, based on the outskirts of Kendal, is currently recruiting Packers to join their team on a temporary basis for up to 8 weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established local employer, with immediate starts available.

A Driving Licence is essential for this role due to the hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing finished products
• Bagging items off a conveyor belt
• Working on a production machine during 12-hour shifts
• Monitoring machinery to ensure it is operating efficiently
• Reporting any issues and helping to maintain a smooth production process

Shift Pattern:

• Days: 6:00am to 6:00pm - £13.50 per hour
• Nights: 6:00pm to 6:00am - £14.28 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• Working on shifts, alternating days and nights (6-6)
• No weekend work

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Previous production or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
