Packaging Innovation Lead & Process Development

Coppice Alupack is seeking a Technical Lead - Innovation & Process Development to drive new packaging solutions from concept to launch across multiple manufacturing sites. You will lead feasibility studies, coordinate trials with customers and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement, sustainability and value engineering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a degree in Packaging Technology or related discipline, strong technical leadership, and the ability to
