Packaging Cell Lead - Kaizen & GMP Ops

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Cell Leader to coordinate a small manufacturing cell based in Morpeth. The role involves roughly 80% plant operations and 20% leadership, driving standards and performance to a class-leading CDMO in Morpeth.

You will be the first point of contact for the work team, reporting progress and training needs to the Shift Leader. Focus on Kaizen and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
