Based in Vienna paper republic is one of the leading manufacturers of premium leather notebooks and accessories in Europe with one of the fastest growing shopify stores in Austria, selling online worldwide from our workshop in Vienna. We are a dynamic diverse team of over 100 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together, always learning and growing in the process. Now we're looking for someone to join us and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

• You'll support us with the processing of all our e-commerce orders (online deliveries).
• You'll fulfill customers' personalization requests on our embossing machine.
• You'll assist in picking and packaging our products.
• You'll be responsible for stamping shipments and ensuring delivery to our end customers.
• You'll assist us in organizing the storage of materials and maintain accurate inventory (stocktaking, etc.).
• You'll support us in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth collaboration with our production and customer support teams.
• You'll ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.

• Ideally, you already have experience in order processing and packaging.
• You like to stand and move during your work and are physically fit.
• You are motivated, focused, and organized.
• You enjoy working according to structured workflows.
• You are flexible and can handle stressful situations.
• You enjoy working in a team and proactively contribute ideas and solutions.
• You have a passion for notebooks, leather, and craftsmanship
