Position: PA & Office Administrator (Japanese Speaking)
Location: Central London
Working Style: On-site, Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
Job Description:
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders in both English and Japanese
Handle contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
Perform data entry, prepare reports, and support general office operations
Manage office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
Business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles or as a PA
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Detail-oriented and efficient in task execution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
