Your new role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and experience in accounting tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organise and maintain files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Accounting Support:
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Run financial reports to support the finance team.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and invoices.
- General Duties:
- Support the Director in daily tasks and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Provide support during meetings, including taking minutes and follow-up actions.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with accounting procedures and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
