Overnight Homeless Support Officer (Part-Time)

ClwydAlyn Housing is looking for a Part Time Homeless Support Officer for nights based in Rhyl. This role supports young people and families facing homelessness, helping them build independent living skills and connect with essential services. You will work 25 hours a week, from 8:30pm to 8:30am, on Wednesday and Friday nights. The ideal candidate should have empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills. This role is rewarding, enabling individuals to see real changes in the lives of those supported.
