Overnight Guest Experience Lead (Luxury Hotel)

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is seeking an Assistant Night Manager (Full-Time) to support the Night Manager, lead the night team and ensure the front desk operates smoothly throughout the night at our Manchester Beetham Tower location.

You will oversee overnight guest journeys, handle late arrivals and departures, maintain safety and security, complete night audits and liaise with other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly. Opera System experience is preferred.
