Overhead Linesman - Distribution Networks

Location: Northern Ireland

We are looking for an experienced Overhead Linesman to join our client's team on key distribution network projects. If you take pride in safe, steady, hands on work and want a role where your skills make a real impact, this role will suit you.

What you will do

• Build, repair, and maintain overhead power lines on LV and HV distribution networks
• Install poles, hardware, conductors, stays, and related equipment
• Work as part of a focused crew to deliver work safely and on time
• Respond to faults and carry out emergency repairs when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and keep accurate job records

Required skills

• Solid training and experience in the electricity industry
• Practical experience with overhead line works
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety and how to apply it on site
• Clear communication skills and a strong team approach
