Overhead Line Poling Lead - Project Delivery

KTL Naas, Ireland is seeking a Poling Supervisor to manage poling crews on projects, delivering Right First Time to H&S standards and within budget.

You will supervise KTL and sub contractor crews, ensure works are properly scoped, report issues promptly, maintain safety and quality, and meet client specifications.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and project teams.
