Outsourced Manager

I'm recruiting on behalf of a growing independent firm of accountants in Maidstone that is looking to appoint an experienced Bookkeeping and VAT Manager. The firm has ambitious growth plans for 2026 and is offering a strong long-term opportunity.

• Minimum of three years' outsourced practice experience required.
• Responsibility for a varied client portfolio across bookkeeping and VAT.
• Oversight of bookkeeping workflows and review of VAT returns.
• Involvement in developing and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interaction essential.
• Excellent progression prospects within an expanding, forward-thinking firm.
