Outreach Employment Adviser for Student Placements

The Fedcap Group, through ELITE Supported Employment, is seeking an Employment Adviser to support students with learning needs referred from Merthyr College. The role centres on coordinating placements at Prince Charles Hospital, building workplace skills, and guiding progression into employment or further opportunities.

Applicants should have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
